At Lila Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
